How to Refer a Client
At Maple Lane Psychology we welcome referrals from GPs, paediatricians, and schools. We aim to make the referral process straightforward and responsive. Referrals can be made in the following ways:
Phone: Call us on 0451 491 395 to briefly discuss the needs of your patient or client.
Email: Send a referral note to info@maplelanepsychology.com.au, and we’ll follow up to arrange next steps.
Online form (optional): Complete the secure referral form below to send a referral directly to us.
Once received, we will review the information and contact the client directly to organise an appointment, keeping you informed as appropriate.

Working with Referrers
We believe in a collaborative approach to care. When we receive a referral, we will:
Acknowledge the referral promptly.
Schedule an initial appointment and send a letter or email confirming the details.
Share regular progress updates with the referrer (with consent), ensuring the client’s care plan aligns with your recommendations.
Our team works closely with GPs, paediatricians, and schools to ensure the therapy is aligned with the client’s goals and needs.

Our consulting rooms are located in Camberwell and Carlton, making it easy for your clients to access services. We offer flexible appointment times to accommodate busy schedules, and our offices are equipped to support both in-person and telehealth sessions.
