How long are therapy sessions?
Standard sessions are typically 50–60 minutes. During your first consultation, we’ll discuss what format and frequency best suit your needs.
Who can attend therapy sessions?
We provide therapy for adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. Each session is tailored to the individual or group’s needs.
